Technology Update: March 4, 2024

Dear Staff and Families,

We wanted to provide you with an update regarding the ongoing technology outages that we are continuing to experience across our district. We are aware of the impact this has on both our staff and students, and want to assure you that our dedicated technology team is working diligently to restore normalcy.

Our tech experts have been hard at work identifying and addressing the root causes of these disruptions. Despite their best efforts, the resolution process is taking longer than expected, and we appreciate your continued patience and understanding during this challenging time.

While we work on a comprehensive fix, we understand the importance of minimizing disruption to the educational process. In the meantime, we are actively exploring alternative solutions to ensure that learning can continue as smoothly as possible. This may include temporary workarounds, offline resources, or other creative approaches to maintain the educational momentum.
