SSPPS Families,

We wanted to take this opportunity to provide you with an update regarding the Director of Technology. Today, the district received and accepted a resignation from the current Director of Technology.

Law enforcement indicated that the allegations against the individual did not appear to occur on district property or any of our district devices. The Director of Technology position is a district office based position responsible for the oversight of technology operations and infrastructure and does not have direct or daily contact with students.  

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to demonstrate transparency and build trust during these difficult times.

Queríamos aprovechar esta oportunidad para brindarle una actualización sobre el correo electrónico de ayer por la tarde. Hoy, el distrito recibió y aceptó la renuncia del actual Director de Tecnología.

La policía indicó que las acusaciones contra el individuo no parecían haber ocurrido en la propiedad del distrito ni en ninguno de los dispositivos de nuestro distrito. El puesto de Director de Tecnología es un puesto basado en la oficina del distrito y es responsable de la supervisión de las operaciones e infraestructura tecnológica y no tiene contacto directo o diario con los estudiantes.

Agradecemos su paciencia y comprensión mientras nos esforzamos por proporcionar información  transparente que genere confianza durante estos tiempos difíciles.
