She is an advocate for culturally responsive teaching methods and curriculum, and works to ensure that Native American students receive the support and resources they need to thrive academically and culturally. Courtney is known for her strong communication skills and her ability to build bridges of understanding between the Native American community, educators, and school administrators. She collaborates closely with parents, teachers, and tribal leaders to create a supportive and culturally inclusive learning environment for Native American students.
