About the Kaposia Ninja Warrior Leadership Team
The Kaposia Ninja Warrior Leadership Team embodies strength, courage, and determination in the fight against cancer. What started three years ago as a heartfelt tribute to a friend who passed away from cancer has grown into a schoolwide movement of hope and action. In their friend’s honor, students set out to raise funds for new ninja warrior equipment for the gym, an effort that has since generated nearly $90,000 to make that vision a reality. Today, the equipment represents far more than just physical challenge, it stands as a symbol of resilience and compassion. Through after-school ninja and gymnastics camps, students continue their mission by raising funds to support families within the district who are impacted by cancer.
