Community Volunteers Needed for JA Finance Park

In January, CLC students will visit JA Finance Park, a component of a unique experiential education program from Junior Achievement. This visit encompasses important elements of personal financial literacy and career awareness. 

While visiting JA Finance Park, each student will act as an adult for the day – responsible for planning a monthly budget for themselves and their fictional families. To ensure a successful visit, CLC staff need volunteers to accompany them to JA Finance Park. These volunteers will provide guidance to the students as they plan their budgets and will offer perspective as the students find relevance between their new learning and their future lives.

Volunteer Details:

  • January 5, 2024 from 8:30 am - 1:45 pm
  • Volunteers will attend training before students arrive on the day of the visit
  • JA Finance Parks is located at: 1745 University Ave W, St. Paul, MN 55104
