2026 Inclusive Educator Awards
Congratulations to four South St. Paul Public School staff members who received an Inclusive Educator Award from our partner Intermediate School District 917. As part of Inclusive Schools Week, celebrated each year in December, ISD 917 staff members nominate individuals who go above and beyond to create an inclusive environment at one of their nine partner districts, which includes SSPPS.
Allison Olson
Ms. Olson is an Early Learning Special Education Teacher at Lincoln Center. Allison is recognized for her dedication to inclusive instruction and her ability to build trusting relationships with students. She ensure learners feel supported, capable, and valued.
Katie Gross
Mrs. Gross is a Kindergarten Teacher at Lincoln Center. Katie is celebrated for her thoughtful and responsive approach to student needs. She works intentionally to promote inclusion and a strong sense of belonging.
Patrick Griffith
Mr. Patrick is an Educational Support Professional at Lincoln Center. Patrick is recognized for his consistent advocacy and inclusive mindset. He creates welcoming environments where students with disabilities are encouraged and supported.
Nathanial Knapp Vasquez
Mr. Knapp Vasquez (Mr. K-V) is a 5th Grade Teacher at Lincoln Center. Nathanial is celebrated for his dedication to student inclusion and his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure students feel connected and supported.
