South St. Paul Public Schools is committed to making it easy for current and former students to access their academic records. Graduates and graduating seniors can request transcripts through Parchment using the information below. If you are a school district requesting records for a transferring student, please contact the student's former school directly using the contact information provided on this page.

Current Students and SSP Alumni

If you are a current student or alumni, South St. Paul handles all transcript requests electronically using Parchment.com. This system allows for faster delivery to post-secondary institutions and gives the students/alumni the flexibility to send transcripts at their convenience. 

To send a Transcript:

  1.  Go to Parchment.com
  2. Click on "ordering your own credentials" (You do not need a registration code)
  3. Enter your personal information – make sure to use a personal email address & verify all is correct
  4.  Select the names of colleges to whom you want to send the transcripts
  5.  Use credit card for payment when you order your transcript

***Orders will incur a 3rd party processing fee plus applicable taxes per transcript.  This is paid directly to Parchment.

After you have registered and sent your transcript, the school district will approve your request within 1-2 business days. Parchment.com will send your official transcripts onto the final destination. Communication about when the official transcript was sent will be done through the email address that you provided at the time of registration.
