Welcome to the 2026-27 school year! Below you will find links to things that will help you feel prepared as we gear up for the new school year. Check out the back-to-school checklist and mark off all items before the first day in September. Also, be sure to scroll down to the important dates so you don't miss a deadline. We can't wait to see our Packers back at school this fall!

Back-to-School Dates
First Days of School
- Grades 1-6, 9-12: Tues, Sept 1, 2026
- Grades Kindergarten, 7-8: Wed, Sept 2, 2026
- 4-year-old Preschool: Thurs, Sept 3, 2026
- 3-year-old Preschool: Wed, Sept 9, 2026
Secondary Packer Essentials Days
Students will pick up schedules and locker information, can meet with the nurse and turn in immunization forms, setup educational benefits with nutrition services, and have their school photo taken at this open house event.

- 12:00-3:00 pm and 4:00-7:00 pm
Secondary/CLC Family Connect Days (6-12)
Middle school families and students will meet with the student’s connections teacher for a scheduled time. High School students and families can walk their schedule and meet with teachers when available.

During this time there are no family connection meetings, but families are invited to explore the buildings, meet staff, and engage in fun activities for their student.

Educational benefits
All families in the district are asked to complete the educational benefits application (or opt out) annually. To ensure a smooth transition of benefits, you will need to reapply for 2026-27 before the school year begins. Use the link below to visit the Educational Benefits webpage to apply/opt out online or download a paper application.
Applications will be available in mid-July
