ParentVUE is a secure parent access portal to our student information system. South St. Paul Public Schools is pleased to offer this online service for parents to help keep them informed on the academic progress of their students.
If you are new to our school district or haven’t yet made use of this reporting system, we encourage you to take advantage of this informational tool. In addition to traditional report cards and parent/teacher conferences to serve parents, we provide information for attendance, assignments, health records, testing history and grades—online 24 hours a day. You may also sign-up to have attendance notifications sent to you via email.
Data viewed through ParentVUE is confidential and sensitive information to student and parents. For this reason, we have implemented a multi-step account acquisition process to insure a high level of security.
ParentVUE Activation Key Code
Forms can be turned in at the August Schedule and Locker Pick-up days, parent/teacher conferences, or in the Secondary building office.
If you have students in the secondary school only, you may go to the Secondary Building Office to get your confidential access key.
For a family with secondary students:
- Report to the Secondary building office
- You must present a photo ID. This ID must be a State Issued photo ID, such as a current Driver's License or a Federal issued photo ID such as a current Passport.
- An access key will be mailed home to you.
Should your identification not match with information we have on file for legal access rights to the student data, you will not be issued a ParentVUE Access Key until you have provided proof of your legal rights. In this case, you will need to work with your building's principal.
