  • The South St. Paul Special Services Department provides programming for students district wide. Services are provided in the following areas:

    • Special Education (ECSE, Kaposia, Lincoln, Secondary, CLC, Holy Trinity, and District 917)
    • Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act
    • Health Services
    • Students Experiencing Homelessness
