Peachjar: Flyer Distribution
South St. Paul Public Schools utilizes Peachjar, a digital flyer management system, to send school-approved eflyers directly to parents’ inboxes and posts them on schools websites, making it easier than ever for parents to learn more about events, activities and programs offered to students.
This “green” initiative saves our schools and the district tons of paper, and reduces copy and administrative costs. On top of that, posting school flyers in this electronic backpack removes a significant administrative burden from teachers, office staff, and volunteers.
How does it work?
Parents/guardians will be notified via email when the flyers are posted each Wednesday, and can then access the flyers through the email link or via each school's Peachjar page, listed below. School Peachjar pages are also accessible via the Peachjar button on each school’s homepage.
- Early Learning Programs
- Lincoln Center Elementary
- Kaposia Education Center
- South St. Paul Secondary & Community Learning Center
Examples of flyers and other documents distributed through Peachjar:
- Back-to-School Night & Open House flyers
- Program announcements
- Letters from the principal
