The purpose of this session is to help the district move forward with improvements that will positively impact students and families. The session will be facilitated in a structured conversation format designed to ensure the involvement of all voices in the room. Participants will be asked to share ideas for improving the climate in SSP Schools. South St. Paul students are invited to the following staff conversation sessions:

Participants wishing to share personal stories or concerns about specific experiences and/or individual students or staff are encouraged to schedule private meetings with building principals or district leaders (e.g. Superintendent, Directors of Special Education or Learning).
