This session will feature a video presentation by Roxanne Prichard, PhD, a neuroscience professor from the University of St. Thomas, on Sleep, Wellness, and School Start Times as well as a Sleep and Mental Health Study by the Center for College Sleep. Julie Dahl, APRH, CNP and President of the Minnesota Sleep Society, will be available for a question and answer session.
