Peachjar: Flyer Distribution
South St. Paul Public Schools is excited to announce that the district will now be using Peachjar, a digital flyer management system. Peachjar provides an innovative flyer management system that sends school-approved eflyers directly to parents’ inboxes and posts them on schools websites, making it easier than ever for parents to learn more about events, activities and programs offered to students.
This “green” initiative saves our schools and the district tons of paper, and reduces copy and administrative costs. On top of that, posting school flyers in this electronic backpack removes a significant administrative burden from teachers, office staff, and volunteers.
How does it work?
Parents/guardians will be notified via email when the flyers are posted each Wednesday, and can then access the flyers through the email link or via each school's Peachjar page, listed below. School Peachjar pages are also accessible via the Peachjar button on each school’s homepage.

Subscribe to receive digital flyers:
All parents and staff should receive a welcome email from our service provider (Peachjar) that includes a username and password. This is provided to give you the opportunity to manage your account and flyer delivery preferences. You do not need to login to receive or view school digital flyers.
Parents who wish to subscribe an additional email address, or staff members and others who wish to receive school and community flyers can sign up at peachjar.com using the following steps:
- Click on “sign up” in the upper-right corner.
- Enter your email address and choose the appropriate account type.
- Enter user information.
- Click “submit.”
This system is used exclusively for distribution of school-approved flyers. Your email address will not be shared or used for any other purpose. Thank you for supporting our efforts to ensure parents are well informed about school programs, activities, and events.

All flyers are subject to approval by the district, and must adhere to School Policy 904 - Distribution of Materials on School District Property by Nonschool Person. Please review the policy for more information.
