ECFE Overview

  • Children learn and develop more in the first five years than they do at any other time in their lives and most of this learning takes place in the home environment. For this reason, Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) includes young children and parents. Classes are designed for parents and children, birth to kindergarten enrollment.
